Five students is the sweet spot between the social energy of a group and the personal attention of a one-to-one session. In a class of five, every child speaks in every session, every child is heard, and the tutor can genuinely track what each student understands in real time. It is a deliberate, non-negotiable decision — not a limitation we are working around.

Every TutorKlub tutor goes through a multi-stage selection process that includes a subject knowledge assessment, a sample teaching demonstration, and a background check. Before their first class, tutors complete a structured in-house training programme covering child-centred pedagogy, the TutorKlub curriculum framework, and how to use our AI coaching tools effectively. Training is ongoing — tutors participate in monthly review sessions with our academic team.

Our AI runs entirely in the background during sessions. It analyses response patterns and engagement signals, then surfaces insights to the tutor on a private dashboard — students never see it or interact with it. After class, it generates personalised practice materials and the parent progress report automatically. The AI never speaks to your child directly; it simply makes the human tutor far more informed and effective.

All classes are held on Zoom. Your child needs any device with a working camera and microphone — a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer works best. A mobile phone can work but a larger screen makes it easier to see the shared whiteboard. When you book a trial class through our Calendly link, a unique Zoom meeting link is automatically sent to your email within seconds. You just click the link at the scheduled time — no account required for students to join.

Immediately. The moment you complete your booking via our Calendly scheduling page, Calendly automatically creates a unique Zoom meeting and emails the join link, meeting ID, and passcode directly to you. You will also receive a calendar invite with the Zoom link embedded. A reminder is sent 24 hours before the class and again one hour before. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder for a message from notifications@calendly.com.

For the free trial class, we encourage parents to sit in for the first few minutes to see the format and settle any nerves your child might have. After that, we gently suggest parents let children participate independently — children tend to engage more freely and ask more questions when they feel the session is their own space. You will receive a detailed post-class report regardless, so you are never in the dark about what happened.

Absolutely. Our language courses are designed for all levels, including complete beginners who have never seen the script before. During the trial class, our tutor assesses your child’s starting point and matches them with a group at a similar level. There is no pressure to “catch up” with anyone — every class starts exactly where each student is.

All classes are conducted in English, with the target language introduced progressively. For Math and English classes, instruction is entirely in English. For Telugu and Hindi classes, the tutor uses English to explain concepts and instructions while building the child’s target language exposure gradually. For adult language learners, the balance shifts toward the target language as proficiency grows.

No contracts, no lock-ins. We work on a month-to-month basis, and you can cancel or pause at any time with seven days notice before your next billing cycle. We believe families should stay because they are seeing results — not because they are contractually obligated to. That said, we do recommend committing to at least six to eight weeks to give the curriculum time to produce measurable results.

We understand that life happens. If you give us 24 hours notice, we will do our best to schedule a make-up session or credit your account for a future class. Every child also receives post-session notes and AI-generated practice materials after every class, so missing one session never means falling permanently behind. Repeated absences without notice cannot be credited, but we will always try to find a solution that works for your family.

Our adult programme currently focuses on Telugu and Hindi language learning. Math and English courses are designed specifically for Grades 1–5. If you are an adult interested in language skills, please choose our dedicated adult language tracks — they are built for your pace, your schedule, and your goals as a grown-up learner.

If you are not satisfied after your first paid month, contact us within 7 days of your billing date and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. We stand behind the quality of our teaching. After the first month, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused classes if you cancel mid-month with valid notice.
